supercharging a 347 I have a few questions regarding running a supercharger on my 95 cobra. My first question is will it kill the life of my car? I don't have a problem running n/a, but I would like to have a supercharger if I could. My next question is if I can run one, what kind of compression ratio will I need to be running and how much boost could I give the car? I would only want to run the 6-8 lbs of boost. And my last question is would it be better to run a roots or centrifugal? Is either one "safer"? My car is a daily driver and I am looking to make 400-450 rwhp. I don't think I can reach this kind of power without running forced induction and still having good drivability. It already has a 347 stroker, cobra heads/intake, comp cams magnum 270 cam, K&N intake, and full exhaust. I also have the stock 24lb injectors so I am assuming I will need to go larger along with a new MAF. What do you guys think?
