Angry running hot !

With my supercharger I can run my timing to 18 to 20 degrees and the car runs GREAT...but it starts to run hot. So I have to run the timing at about 12 degrees. I don't have a retard on it cause its only a #6 charger. I've changes thermostats but it did'nt help. Any ideas?

No wonder its running hot, the most advance you should be running is MAX 16 btdc (naturally aspirated).

I think 12 is ok with that ammount of boost.

Advancing the timing is creating more heat, not the safest thing with superchargers. Keep it at 12 or you will end up with fried head gaskets or worse.
