I want to get a roots style supercharger(the one that mounts directly to lower intake) for my 351w. Would a lightning intake and supercharger work?

From the 01-04 5.4L platform? I don't think so.

wouldn't any blocwer that bolts on to a 302 lower fit the 351w lower? Would I have probelms with lack of flow feeding the 351?

Basically yeah, but theres only one kind of roots style blower for the 302 and thats the KB Blow and/or Flowzilla kit and only the GT40 lower will fit. I personally would think that would be a restriction on the larger 351. Also I don't know of anyone who makes roots style 351 blowers.
