Default 1990 Mustang GT supercharged can I get rid of the FMU

I am installion a Kirban Adjustable Fuel PSI regulator and would like to know if I can use it instead of the FMU I have. specs are 30-100 psi on the regulator
I am using a Walbro 255lph fuel pump as well.
Thanks

Nope,,,keep both and might need to raise pressure on FPR to make up for what you need until you get the new injectors. The stock FPR is really good at what it does,,,The FMU just forces pressure up by not allowing it to return to the tank. 6lbs,,stock injectors, set the FPR to 39psi,,see if that helps. if not u can increase the FPR pressure a lil as a temp fix until u can get larger injectors, but keep both FMU,,and FPR. Once u get larger MAF and Inj. then ditch the FMU,,,,they should be called " Fail Management Unit" not Fuel Managment Unit. They are just a band aid.

Thanks When my Kirban comes in I'll try to bump psi alil and leave the FMU in. I will diffenetly get a new MAF and injectors soon because I want to use my 10 psi pulley. With the boost controller of course
