Default question on turbo sizes?

what size turbos for for a 327 stroker with 8.5 compression. would DSM T-28's be ok or is this too small?

Are you looking for twins or single? What rpm range?

not sure what one to go with. im looking for little to no lag. from 2800 and up. i dont want to spend a whole ton but i dont want the tubos to be shoved up in the front like most home grown installs. id love to get my hands on a incon kit but i know thats near to impossble. at least get the headers and id go from there.

The Incon kit would be the way to go. It has a CARB EO # which makes it *****SMOG****LEGAL***** !!! Mine come to full boost around 2500-2800 rpm. They are out there. Keep an eye on EBAY. I've seen them there. I will keep an eye open too. I found a Incon kit for another member here, maybe you too!?!?

The A/R of the turbine housing dictates the rpm where the turbo will build boost. A lower A/R will build boost down low in the rpm range, while a larger A/R will build in a higher rpm range. So you can see that it depends on what rpm range you want to run. The compressor side will depend on the cubic inches of your engine.

As far as building a twin set-up, two T3/T4 hybrids like they use on an SVO would work great! Of course custom made headers are in order. Which means you could place them where you want to.
