Default turbo sizing?

im building a 347 and looking for a turbo that will spool from 1000-4500. stock heads & intake, compcam 35-510-18 ( 208/216 ). not looking for alot of boost prob 5-6#. what would be a good size turbo? compressor a/r turbine a/r or even a specific turbo would be very helpful.

if you want the power out of the hole, why don't you supercharge it ? it'll give you all the lower end power, turbo gives you higher end power my 12A barely comes in at 2500 then boost all the way to red line

Just by reading your post tells me you need to read up on turbocharging before you buy anything.

if you want quick spooling you need a smaller exhaust housing! I have a .81 exhaust turbine and am fully spooled at like 4-4500 i think. Although i can never really tell cuz im always looking at the track or street. LOL
