Default High or low compression

Hey all, I am looking at a 5.0L buildup and am looking to procharge, and boost about 8-15 lbs. I have already put into consideration the high strength parts i need so all I need is help on what kind of compression pistons i need. I'm not too familiar on compression ratios and i want to do it right. Also I'm only in the planning stages so i have done nothing to the car. Thanks in advance guys.

for that i'd go with a flat top piston

use heads with a combustion chamber that will keep the compression 9-9.5:1

boosted aka turbo vehicles dont like to run on high compression its too much your stock compression is 9:1 which is fine you could even run .5 in either direction and still probably be fine (8.5:1-9.5:1) should be

Im actually planning a turbo buildup myself and ill be running anywhere between 9 to 1 to 9.5 to 1..

Also if you are planning on running more than 8lbs regularly make sure you do your research on (like you said) stronger internals but anyway like RLG said the stock size flat top pistons should do you right!
