Default Roush TVS2300 install help...90 mm pulley?

Soon getting the TVS2300 roush supercharger. I read(on tillmans dyno results) that you need to install another pulley to help take belt slack and also help wrap the belt around the pulley on the S/C to eliminate slippage. Its a 90 mm metco pulley i ordered. Does it come with a mounting bracket or is that something I'll need to fabricate???

I like to have all the bases covered otherwise I imagine I will get nailed for labour. If only I lived near Tillmans.

HELP...Thanks!

My girlfriend calls it a waste of money, but I see it as saving money(and time away from her) if I install it myself

I'm not 100% sure if any fabrications needed because I've never messed with the roush blowers on the newer model cars but i believe it should just bolt in place of the stock idler pulley for the super charger, are you running a smaller s/c pulley if your buying the whole kit from Roush the stock idler should work just fine.

From what I understand, it mounts almost directly under the S/c pulley to give the belt more surface area on the S/C pulley to prevent slippage. So it's a whole other pulley that goes on. Just not sure if it comes with a bracket or if I need to order that too...or fab one up.

I looked at pictures and the Roush kit already comes with 2 new idler pulleys and a new belt tensioner don't see a purpose in adding a third if that's what you mean the metco pulley should just bolt in place of one of the stock ones and the bigger diameter of the pulley will take up any belt slack and keep it from slipping. I can post the pictures of what's in the kit and what it looks like installed if you want to take a look at it.

You don't need a bracket. Just swapping one pulley for another.
