Default 1968 428 PI block

Hello yall, I'm putting together a 428cj. I've acquired a 428PI block and would like to use it. It has been bored 60 over. My question is what is the maximum over standard I can safely go ? I don't want to bore it anymore than it is but should I have to , can I ? Also it will have cj heads. Will the standard 10.5- 1 pistons be too much on pump gas or should I go for 9.5-1 ? It's not a drag /race car but I do want a strong classic. Any cam suggestions would be great (hyd/ non roller) Thanks a bunch in advance

60 over is about as far as I would want to go on a stock street block I ran mine at 60 over with 10.5 compression on 91 octane for 15yrs in L.A. traffic in the heat and never had a problem .
