Yes, yes it is. The Incon kit was the only emission legal kit on the market. I don't know of any other. If anyone else knows please clue us in.

She ran great until I blew a head gasket. I used her every day to go to work. Approx 90 miles a day round trip. She punched out the best of 27 mpg too. I have a new engine all ready to go in. Just have a few things to do first.
