2000 Mustang 4.6l 2v vortech v-2 16lbs what weight of oil should i use

i have a 2000 gt with a brand new SHM long block with a v-2 sc running 16lbs i am useing royal purple 5w30 right now just wondering what whieght should i use? and yes i already went throught all the break in ..

I would stick to the 5w30

ya i did 300km on reg oil then 700km on reg oil then 1000km on reg oil now synthetic
