ESuperChargers Has anyone heard of this site? Looks like a scam to me. It's in the AFM's link pages however, anyone on the staff know what's up? 2 lbs of boost from an electric SC? Anyone have feedback on this thing?

The dyno chart doesn't look like much of an increase.

It is not really a scam ,they work but are not efficient. They are more suitable for very small engines. For a 5.0 you will probably need 2 or more of those to see any boost at all.

It is also not easy (or cheap) to find a small electric motor capable of sustaining the needed RPMs for a long time.
The more capable electric motors are BIG and require heavy dosages of electric current.

One idea that has crossed my mind is to create a supercharger using a scale model gas turbine...that folks will work. Those babies spin really fast. Only required thing would be a gas tank in the trunk, simmilar to a NOS setup.

Any scale modelers with turbine gas engine experience ?
