Default 95 GT 10psi running poorly (rich?)

I just installed 24lbs injectors and 73mm C&L mass air. Air/Fuel gauge read rich before this install and reads extremely rich now. I have a 255 in tank pump and FMU calibrated for 24's.

What is the lowest PSI that I should turn my FPR at while experimenting with pressure? It's at 38PSI now (while vacuum off) and the gauge reads so rich the bars almost dissapear completely.

Any chance it's the C&L? I had the same problem and I was running 30 lb injectors. What color is the sample tube? Orange tube for 94/95 GT's running 24's. I switched to a Pro-M 80MM..car runs like a champ. If the tube is correct, call Lee Bender at C&L, he is the owner/creator...he will be real helpful. Good luck.
Jules

P.S. Also, one otrher thing, the Vortech 73mm, which is a C&L that vortech resells, came with a jumper that was used on the 94/95 Computer...did one come with yours?

It was running like this before I installed the mass-air. Now it's even more rich. The tube is the correct one, but I do not have a jumper. This C&L was originally on a fox.

Attached is the jumper i was talking about..for 94/95 cars. What is strange to me is that C&L makes two 73MM Maf's one for pre 94 cars, part # CL24 and one for 94/95's which is a different part number. Sorry, I just had a ton of problems with the car being Rich, and the C&L was the culpprit. Good luck, and please post when you figure it out.

So all the jumper does is connect wires A and D together. I should be able to just splice a wire from one to the other shouldn't I?

Come on, nobody is running a C&L 73mm succesfully that has some input?? I would still call Lee Bender at C&L at (256) 882-6813. I don't know if you need the jumper for the larger injectors..that woul dbe my question to him.
