Default Need help removing P1SC pulley!

I managed to get the bolt out, but how do I remove the pulley now? Do I need a special tool? I have the unit out of the car because I have to give it a oil change. Is it easier removing the pulley while the unit is in the car or does it make a difference?

Call (913)338-3086 Ask for Sarah... She'll tell you how to do it. I haven't even looked at mine yet. You can still change the oil while it's in the car, well at least you can with mine. I gotta do that this weekend

Doesn't that void the warranty? Have you tried a pulley remover ?

That bites, they sell the smaller pulleys just so your tempted to pull yours off and then they're off the hook. It's like they are hanging the carrot out in front of you on the stick.

Are you trying to get more boost out of your P1SC? It's addictive isn't it?

I've gotten 8.5 PSI out of mine at 5600 rpms ... I'd say the 8 PSI pulley is a little bit more then 8 PSI ... I did that during initial testing... We'll see what happens after I get my new Pro-M Univer MAF and chip.

Well I haven't had a chance to redline mine yet either ... Plus it's not tuned right. I'm struggling to keep my foot out of it.

BTW I changed my S/C oil today with it in the car... Took about 15 minutes from start to finish, including clean up. It wasn't bad. Next time try changing the oil while it's in the car. It was pretty easy for me... It took a 5/8's socket. I used a 3/8's rachet with a foot long extension. I caught most of the oil . After break in, it had hella metal shavings in it.

My oil changes happen when change my engine oil. I hope to soon have an F1 so I'll probably get used to it.

that really sucks that it voids the warrenty, that has to be the sh!ttyest thing ford has done, good way to make the owner lose the warrenty fast though, they sure were thinking!

It not only voids the Ford warranty, it voids the Procharger warranty.
