Wondering what gears work best for performance (screw gas mileage, if we cared, we wouldn't have a V8!) with a supercharger for a 2000 or newer GT 5 speed? Anyone???

I have 3.73's If you take your car to the track, your gonna run outta gear and have to shift into fifth gear if you run 4.10's. I've got 3.73's and couldn't be happier. Lot's of torque!!

I have 4.10 on my 99 and will have my Turbo set up in a week or so. I heard that the 4.10 work great with a power adder. Stock I was running till the end of third at the track. With the gears I was getting into 4th. With the turbo I would imagine all the way through 4th and maybe into 5th like Matt said

With 4:10's you're gonna run into 5th gear, which won't be as good for you because it's really just a cruising gear. It's not really made for power.I'd say 3:73's, but it's really personal preferance.

S/C...3.73's all the way. 4:10's are for the N/A Auto guys and 3.73's for the 5 speeds n/a GT's where the Mach's and Cobras would step it up a little and start with the 4.10's and may even go for 4.30's

Yeah....like these guys said your gonna run out of gear...I'm running 3.55's and am at the end of 4th gear with those
