Question Anyone using alky here?

Just wondering if anyone is currently using an alky set-up on their blown applications?

Thanks!

As far as I know , none of our members are currently running alcohol . A friend of mine has a car that runs on alcohol , but it has mechanical fuel injection with an enderlie(sp) setup . What info are you looking for exactly ?

No info needed....

Just wanted to see how many were running it.....

I got a DIY kit on my '92....and upon using it, I can 'turn' the boost up to 16psi safely.

Thanks!

Ok, your talking about an add on like water injection.

I have been kicking around the idea of running alcohol as my main fuel. You need BIG injectors and fuel lines/tank that can handle the alcohol. Along with some custom programing to make it work.

Still thinking about it!

Yes....as an add-on....not as a main source of fuel....just as an anti-detonation agent.

Thanks!
