Question boostmaster intake question?

has anybody tried the new UPR 4" boostmaster pipe
and if so, how's it working for you
did you notice a performance change--- and was installation easy?

I've heard that the anderson power pipes are really good... I haven't heard anything about UPR stuff. I've gotten injectors and my gauge face plate from them. I really can't help you with this one... Sorry.

You would think for as much as we pay for a Vortech supercharger they could include a powerpipe style inlet instead of cheap dryer hose. Another thing that would be nice is a belt tensioner. I think the UPR would actually be better hp wise but the anderson looks better. The inside of the UPR pipe is as slick as glass with no seams plus the plastic does not conduct heat. The inside of the AFM has welded seams that are a little rough but can be smoothed up with some sand paper. I just like the aluminum look better so I will probably compromise and go with an aluminum boostmaster pipe for $179. UPR ABS is $149 and the AFM is $239
