Default help with powerdyne rebuild

has anyone pulled the rear bearings off a bd11? i can't seem to get anything under the bearing to get it out. space is like.....none at all and the local machine shop said they can't do it either.

can you call powerdyne and see what they say about it?

they claim they are the only ones who can correctly rebuild these things for a fee of.......about $700. but i just got a email on how to get those damn bearings out and wil be done by monday, hehehehe. total cost...is about $130 for bearings and new gates belt.

Replace the # with a @...

Although I have no personal experience with this guy, he comes highly recommended on some other forums.

You might email him and present your problem to him. If I remember right he was several hundred bucks cheaper on a rebuild than Powerdyne.

yeah, he's the guy that i bought the rebuild kit from. he did send me the instructions but it was only for the front bearings.

the bearings are out though and should be boosting by monday. trick to get them out was given to me by WYTRAVEN from another post. just needed to drill a small hole fronting the bearing and then push it out with a pick. duh? why didn't i think of that?
