Default KB harmonic vibration

I spoke with a buddy today and he had mentioned that sometimes the Kenne Bell chargers experience a dynamic or harmonic vibration at certain RPM levels.

Has anyone experienced this? Seen it or heard about it?

I am pretty interested in the KB chargers. For CA, any motor that is too highly modified will not meet emission standards....so the centrifigals while having tons of upside potential are not CARB certified on anything above their base units
