Default Is a valve job/spring replacement worth it in a high mileage 90 with stock heads?

My 90 Mustang w/ blower has high miles (stock heads) and the top end is beginning to fall flat on its face. Would a valve job be worth it even though I'll probably get Twisted Wedge heads in a year or 2? Could a novice do a valve job? What would I need?

Thanks.

A valve job? no, I would not recommend a novice doing that, small amount of porting, maybe, if you have a steady hand. I would save the money and get the TW heads quicker.

I agree with Adam, save the money for the aftermarket heads.
A valve job is definitely out of reach for a novice.
