I still have alot of slip so I decided to take off my 5.75 crank and 2 1/4 blower pulley. I put my stock crank pulley on and bought a 3 1/8 blower pulley. Need to figure out what belt lenght I need now. Hope this stops slip.

2.25"!!!! That's a tiny blower pulley!!! No wonder it was slipping. I have a 3.4" pulley... I haven't had a problem with belt slippage. Alignment was my problem.

The way the bracket is, it sits slightly off the head... ATI (Procharger) should have made something better to hold it in place. So I had to find my own shim to stick in between the head and the bracket that holds the compressor so it would be lined up correctly. It's only held on by basically 2 small bolts and another smaller bolt to align it. It's kind of a crappy setup, but it works. I haven't broken a belt in a few thousand miles. So I believe I am ok now.
