New Turbo or New "used" turbo? Are the turbo's new and if not, how old and what's their history? The suggestions you've received from the other guys in this thread are all sound, by the way.
Either way, check the oil circuit pronto, and check your specs as to size of line, etc, and particularly check for a crushed liner or chunk of trash in either line. This can occur even in a steel-braided line, when something heavy smashes the line. The steel will rebound, but the liner is often composed of multiple layers and if the inner layer detaches and blocks part (or in severe instances, all) flow through the line, you'll have problems...
Also look at your wastegate and make sure its functioning properly.
Unfortunately, you may also have a motor problem seperate from the turbo(s).
I hope its something minor! Best of Luck!
(I once installed braided brake hoses and forgot to remove the plastic cap from one end. It was a late night thrash and I was too tired to be working on a car. Took a lot of effort to screw it on through the cap, but I did it. Left a perfect circle of plastic blocking the line. Not my shining hour!)
