If you crash, it don't matter. your insurance will cover it if you have Full Coverage. Or the other guy/gal if it was their fault.
Only thing about warranty is if something blew up in motor during normal driving (according to them drive like a granny), and you have no engine mods, then your warranty is fine. But if you do, it will void the warranty on the motor only. Now, here is the grey area. If you Mod was directly respsonsible to the breakage of something else on your car covered by other warranties, then they can elect not to cover it or void it entirely. Anyway they can get out of paying for your fix, they will find it.
Since we do conversions for Ford, My 03 Cobra has all the mods & the SVT TInspector is friends of ours, I still have 1 year left of warranty on my car... get the hint..
