Can anyone give me a generalized priceline on what an installation of an S-trim would run. I have been told by one shop its at about 2500.00 . seems a little high too me. since i have already but the pumps in, the injectors, FMU, ignition upgrade, boost retard, plug wires, throttle body, and have the mass air from prom 80 thats calibrated to the system. so any Ideas would be nice. Sorry had to edit, would be nice if i told you what year and mdl. Its of course a mustang. year of 92 with 5.0 5spd convertable. ok im done now.

If you put the other items in yourself I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to install the S/c yourself. Anyways, to answer your question, I would say if everything else is installed other than the tuner kit you should be looking at around ~600. I checked on install prices a few months back and got estimates of 800-1000 for a full kit (42#, maf, tuner kit, and fuel pump) minus tune

it's easy man, just do it yourself. if you want, look at my install pics
