Default x303 cam

the x303 is a supercharger cam right?
if one was installed a few months befor say a ati procharger would there be noticable disadvantage over the stock cam or would id still be ok doing this mod ahead of time?

The E-303 is a better grind for nitrous or forced induction

I have a cam that is perfect for Supercharger, blower or NOS. The cam is a Crower HYDR Roller, with a 250/262 at 0.050, adv duration is 311/319 and the lift is .547/.557" with a 114 lobe separation.

I should've stated of the Ford motorsport cams E-303 is a better choice.

The X cam is a good single grind cam, (there are better choices out there) for a naturally aspirated combo. It will make good power on a broad curve from 2500-6000 rpm. I used one "back in the day" and had no complaints. For forced induction i would choose a split grind camshaft.

Do some research based on your combination and your end use for the car. If it is a daily driver keep drivability in mind.

forced induction you want a little more lift and duration on the exhaust side. i have the lunati 51014 with 1.7 rr .530/ .540 it thumps pretty good.
