Has anyone ever heard of or used a Gorillachipz? They are being sold on ebay for around $40.00. They claim to make up to 40hp. Probably one of those sounds too good to be true deals?

Appears to be a 4.6K resistor. Available for <$1 at your local Radio Crack.
