Default can someone tell me proper procedures.(s/c)

ok, i have read quite a bit about pressurizing ypur block when adding a supercharger. i have an 89 5.0 w/ a paxton sn
so i atemped to do some of the thing i have read.
but im not sure what is right .
i have caped the throttlebody tube from oil stem. i had a filter on the stem....but i read it needs to go to the air inlet before the s/c
also i read that the pcv should also be moved to befor the s/c
so i connected them together with a tee and sent them to the air inlet tube down stream of the mass air but before the s/c
now my idle is surging.
i caped the spot under the intake where i removed the pcv hose.
so whats the right procedure for these hookups?
i would think vacuming both of these spots isnt a good idea. at least not with the suction power of the s/c on them.
im confused, xs
