Default is there a diferents in cams

i have a 81 courier and i want to put a turbo off of a 1979 mustang on it. i want to put a biger cam in it but i dont know if turbo engines need a diferant cam or not. i want one about 450 or 470 lift with about 280 or 300 duration but the only one i found was from esslinger and it was only 240 deration
