Default Anyone had a BAD walbro Fuel pump new?

I put a brand new Walbro 190lb fuel pump on my car and the symtoms my car is exibiting seem to point to a bad fuel pump. Have you ever gotten a bad pump right out of the box?

I've never had a problem with a Walbro pump. I have a 255 in my red 90, and a 155 in my white 90. The 255 in my red mustang has been in the car for almost 3 years, and was in another car almost a year before that. I just installed the 155 in my white 90 about a month ago, and it has no problems at all.

What kinda issues are you having?

i used to sell a ton of Walbro pumps... and they are very hit or miss. out of a hundred, i'd maybe get 5 bad ones right out of the box.
