Default Warner-ishi IHI TT 5.0?

Hey guys (and gals)

Has anyone you know ever used IHI's in TT 5.0? I happen to have a couple and since I'm a metal fabricator, I was going to use them for a custom TT 5.0 project. I have concerns with total output, I know these little guys will spool like mad, maybe I should stick with the T-3's but I really only want 5-8 PSI anyway. Let me know if you've had any luck with them. Thanks

I've said this a million times on various boards.........Build it, you can always make changes later. it's more then enough work to get it all sorted out and runninf in the first place. Once it's up and running, tweek to your hearts desire.
Trust me, you'll be more then happy when they start spinning for the first time.

Yes that's the one!
They are pretty small, but like houston guy said, I can aways change them later, I think that's what he said. Or,
build it...and it will run..
What do you guys think? couldn't hurt right?

I'm not just talking out of the side of my neck. I have a fair amount of experience in /designing/building/installing home brewed turbo apps

I know the effort required to actually go from having a pair of turbos sitting on the garage floor. To having that same pair mounted, exhaust plumbed to and from, oil lines plumbed to and from, tuned and driveable.
The size of the IHI's is notthe most desireable, but they will work. I just feel wit hall the other issues involved in actually trying to get them in the car, the size of the housings is not that big of an issue.

Hey listen, Have a sense of humor! I was kidding!
I really appreciate all feedback and I thought my comments were in-line with what you are saying, in other words, we agree.
So, please in the future, lighten up a bit.
Thanks for your opinion,
Martin
