I looked up some information on that kit, the Novi 1000 is designed to make 5-6psi for the 5.0 Kit. Now, ofcourse I am not looking at the car or the particular installation, but possibly thats all its designed to make. It also incorporates a compresser bypass valve. I am not an expert on the supercharger, but if that valve acts similar to a wastegate, if the pully has been changed, it could just be bleeding off the extra pressure and not developing over 5psi?
