Hey everyone, im new here, so hi. I have been thinking of getting a Kenne Bell supercharger for my car for a while. What do u guys think of this? Will i need to upgrade my fuel system? Also, I dont want a vortech or anything like that cuz, the kenne bell unit is more practical for me, since it bolts right on to my lower manifold. I would really love to get this so ttell me your opinions on it. 370 hp, and 430 ft lbs of torque, sound like fun to me

Oh and almost forgot, sticker, lots of stickers...........
buddy of mine has one on his cobra. ive never heard him complain. only thing is they dont produce as much power as a centerfugal sc such as ati or vortec. ati is where my sights are set.

yeah, my friend wants to marry the creator of the ati procharger, lol. So i hear it all the time. Sounds like you have urself one sweet cougar. I just got done helping my dad restore his. Its a 70, with a 351C in it, real hot cam, FMS Roller Rockers, hydraulic lifters, chrome moly push rods, lots of neat stuff. Its got a 9.5" Tunnel Ram on it sporting two 600 cfm holleys, and the exhaust is 2.5 in, dynomax exits behind the doors . Its all white with black eliminator stripes, it has the rear spoiler and front chin spoiler, all chrome is blacked out like an eliminator, custom hood stripes, we also have the eliminator hood scoop, but that only goes on if we put on the other manifold. We estimate it at around 425hp, its getting geared with a 4 speed toploader and a 9 inch rer outback, BFG Radial T/a, 10.5 inches across mounted on Cragar SS/T's. Its so cool

Kenne Bell is great with an automatic and just OK with a 5speed. kenne bell with a 5spd is great if you want a lot of tire smoke and fun playing, but when you take it to the strip it is hard to get the car to hook up do to the low max boost level.

Why did you choose the F cam for your car? Not that I don't like your choice, it's just that most guys tend to overcam and you have chosen a milder grind for your combo.
Great suspension mods, sticky tires and retarding the cam 4-6 degrees can help in a 5spd car with the KB.
