Default Will a chip help me?

Hello to everyone. 1st time as a member. Wanting to keep my 1992 mustang gt stock but I want a little more out of it with out altering anything. I'm not looking to be put into the back seat. I just want a little more getty up. Will a chip help me in this situation or not? The car has 61,100 miles and is in excellent condition. I purchased it a month ago and have done a complete tune up(plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, k&n filter(drop in) tps adj and have bumped the timing to 14.5 degrees) Over the winter I plan on changing the rear gears. Also it is an AOD.

A chip will do little for you, I don't think it would be worth the money. A chip is a good investment if you already have several mods done to the car. The gears on the other hand will be a good addition.
