The relationship of boost to compression isn't the same as nitrous to compression...
The nitrous, for one, will be acting as a cooling agent for the cylinder, unlike hot, compressed air would. That's why you can run nitrous on any motor of any compression...the only heat that you're worrying about is the heat inside the cylinder that's dictated by your current timing.
With those pistons...i've heard ugly stories about hyper pistons in general. I'm not trying to freak you out, but rather, just be a little on the safe side with the tuneup...take an extra degree or two out, or fatten up the fuel side.
A good dynotune would also be a good investment, just for peace of mind, but remember, never set a tuneup for 'kill' on the dyno...weather patterns chance, pistons burn....
