when driven when cold really boggy until heated up almost like a flooded dirt bike low end still snappy but high end really boggy drive for five minutes and its fineany help will be awesome

Sounds like the computer needs a custom tune or chip burned for it.

What I meant was it sounds like the fuel tables aren't optimized for your combo at the different modes the computer goes through. Open loop, closed loop, cold start, warm start, all these modes need to be optimized and once done, the drivability will return. The fuel is probably rich at cold start and then when warmed the ratios are within range.
