None of these kits come with a window or hobbs switches, these are both options you should add on along with a bigger fuel pump.
Where the ZEX system really differs from the NOS system in that it has all the solinoids located inside a box that is easy to hide and it uses the TPS to trip the solinoids instead of a microswitch on the throttle body. The Zex system for the mustang comes with jets for 75-100-125 shots, I have used all three with no problems(except traction),and have since called ZEX and was given the jet sizes for 150-175-200 shots which is the max that the solinoids can handle. I have not run the 150 shot yet because of major traction issues im having now with the smaller shots but I plan to later. The 175-200 shots are really to big for most stock motors and would require a built motor with forged internals, but its nice to know I could if I wanted at a later date. To sum it up if you want to go the tried & true way then stick with the NOS, but if you want a system that is a very stealthy and clean instalation check out the ZEX. Here are some pics of my system:
