i have a turbonetics t3/t4 twin turbo set up in my 90 lx 5.0 and i wanna switch out one of the turbos to a larger turbo for high end power can anyone tell about the hassle of switching it out and is it worth it

T3/T4 turbo's are a pretty big size man.. If you have 2 different sizes, it won't work properly I don't think. You have a Twin Turbo, not a Dual Stage turbo. If you want top end power just get a super charger, or tune your turbo's better...

Twin turbo systems spool at the same time, and quite frankly if you have a T3/T4 twin turbo system, you should be fine man.. Top end speed can be upped by gearing your car, and tuning it. Turbo systems mst be in the right gear in order to have peek boost. You should know that lol

what size is the a/r on the exhaust side and the cold side. also the one large one small will not progressivly boost the low and high end. the exhaust gas ot the smaller turbo must start the spool of the larger one. ive been trying to develop one of these for 6 months. no luck as of yet.

are you running single or twins??? if twins... dont switch 1 turbo it will throw off pressure balance from 1 bank to the other..... if you want twin sequentials get a x-over pipe with a little guy to spool a bigger one.... with t3/t4 twins depending on the ar that should be enough to put low 9's high 8's..... cakewalk
