Default Max PSI and Juice with forged bottom end and TI Rings

Hey fellas,

If I wanted to build up a 351W with a forged steel bottom end (Crank, rods, pistons) fitted with Titanium rings, what is the maximum boost I could run (upwards of 25?) Would it make a difference if I bought a stock stroke kit or if I went with like a 427ci stroker for the 351W? ALso, could it handle like a 300hp shot of Nitrous witha solid ignition retarding kit? (Oh, foaming at the mouth!) Anybody know of a reliable dealer for these and billet steel bottom end components? THanks for the help!
