Default 1988 Mustang Convertion To Mass Air Flow

Hi I Have A 1988 Mustant Gt, It Has A Lot Of Modification On It, The Only Thing Am Missing Is A Good Distributor And A Mass Air Flow Kit,
My Car Is Running Bad At All Do You Know If I Need To Convert It To Mass Air Flow?
You Thing That Could Be A Problem?

If you've done things like better cylinder heads, camshaft, things to change the inlet airflow, you'll have driveability, idling, gas mileage, surging issues with the speed density system. I bet if you convert you'll get a lot of those issues resolved.
