procharger Supercharger Newbie questions Hello all,
I purchased a used 2000 GT convertable last year with a Procharger P1SC supercharger/intercooler installed - I have all the maintenence up to snuff (belts, fluids) Have purchased and chamgde the supercharger oil, got the docs from procharger, changed out 2 questionable idler pulleys - I am now looking at getting a documented dyno tune.
The dyno shop tells me I need to swap my narrow band a/f meter for a wide band
Purchase an SCT Excalibrator tuner
Tune will then be approx $450.00
Does this seem ballpark correct?
My biggest issue is the cold idle up and down and often requires several restarts before evening out. In reading here it looks like this matches the Rolling idle that has been mentioned in a few threads.
I have 42 lb injectors
The shop has asked me to identify the MAF. It appears stock, but I'm not sure I'm looking at the correct part and the part #s I can find are either wrong part or don't come up - those listed on the back of the air box are XR3E-AE and C5200
All advice welcome - this is my first supercharged vehicle.
