Im trying to poast a video and when upload it it says missing security token . What am I doing wrong

I know this is not what the site owner wants from us - but I have never had any success with videos on AFM... I upload my videos to youtube/photobucket and post the link which then embeds itself. IF you choose to do that... please do not move your videos from page to page - if you do move them, the link will become useless because the pages do not track to the video. If you place the link, keep it at the same location on photobucket or yourtube....
