troubles and new username

HAs any body else been haveing troubles logging on and posting ? I gave up under my old username ( Punxsy Stang ) and resigned up as punxsy stang 2 And I am still haveing some troubles !!!! Is it just my computer or are others haveing troubles as well ?

Most likely it is. It sounds like the "browser cookie" is corrupt and you need to logout then clear your browser cookies and temporary pages.

I believe you may have a corrupt cookie on your PC. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies then trying to log in again. If not can you give this a try its worked for other members. Whatever the problem is we will track it down and get it resolved.

Please let me know how you make out. It is important for us to know once you have logged in to your old account so we can merge your post under your new account with old account . Looking forward to your reply.

Ok , I am haveing so many troubles for some odd reason . I did clear all cookies and cache ( under tools at the top tool bar ) as well as do a disc clean on my hard drive . And have to do this everytime I try to log on . Sometimes it will let me sometimes it will not . when I do log on alot of times it says thank you for logging on then redirects me back a page to were I was before I loged on . I hope you can understand all this * shurgs *

I resigned up as punxsy stang 2 but now I can`t not get it to do anything .

Any other ideas or advice would be welcomed !

have you installed a new firewall or changed any firewall settings recently?

Spoke with our tech guys. Apparently there were one or two other members with the same problem and here is what they said to do:

1. Clear all browser oookies, cache and temporary pages

2. Close browser

3. Power off PC.

4. Power back on again.

5. Open browser, go to site and login again. This time all should be well.

Please give this a try. It has worked for other members so hopefully it will resolve your problem as well. Please post back either way and if you continue to have the same problem, our tech support team will work with you to get a solution that does work.
