Hey LL05GT, have you perhaps considered posting a thread on Brad Barnett's forum to inform any LL 05 owner over there that there is a Legend Lime registry for the 05's ?

Well.......was that GREAT news, or what ?

Been doing the PA PAW thing the past couple of days. Yeah, that's right PA PAW.......times 2. It was fun.

Pretty sure I've made contact with all the LL'ers here at AFM. If I missed anyone, I apologize.

Well I'm thinking of striping my LL GT with white Shelby stripes and tinting the windows. What do you fellow Limers think about white shelby stripes on Legend Lime? Other suggestions on color? What about satin silver?

The satin silver stripes had crossed my mind. But,"the wife" ended that idea.
She said, "It's beautiful just the way it is, it doesn't need any stripes."
It pained me a bit, but I had to agree.

On the other hand, put satin silver on yours. I can look at it and think of "what could have been".

I definitely like the white and wish I could do the same with mine. I'm going to have to go with Black stripes with the rag top being black...My SSE Ducktail, CDC Lightbar, and Xenon scoops are in! Off to the shop for some paint on Monday! I ended up ordering the LMPerformance hood (http://www.lmperformance.com/5716/73.html) too. Stripes next...

NICE!!! Love the look of that hood too!! Get some pics of yer beauty when she gets done will ya??

On the stripes question, IMO the black stripes look the best because it compliments the dark tint , mirror and the running board...... MMMMMMM, black stripes on the legendary lime look damn good.....

I'd love to stripe mine too, but my wife is very much opposed to this (well, I know, the car is mine, but you know my wife is the nagging type and the less nagging I get, the better it is...).
For me the best stripes are like the ones on woodj's car (see first page of this topic): painted, pure white, 10" with 1' spacing. But I can see them in silver as well (black too is fine), of course it's a matter of personal liking...

How about having a subsection for our LL05 owners club for those having their wives/gf's ending the "I wanna stripe my car" dream ?

Hurry up and get to my garage soon will ya Legend Lime GT 5 speed, stock wheels, shaker 1000, anti-theft, Tan Leather, Side air bags, umm what else did I order for it?? oh yea, Shiney dash, and some 5 or so color changing Display..... Now its on a train, ( was loaded on a train may 5, fact I was loaded on may fifth too, but not on a train

). I sold my car, and my bike just doesent cut it, cant afford to put gas in the 351 boss. OK I'll get off my soap box now.....
