Thats just wrong ......If I were you Tim...... I would have stolen it!! (hehehe even though ya bought it!!) Plastic and all!! Drive it like it was stolen man!! Thats how I drive my Mustang!!

Hi Fontech. I am the other Legend Lime owner at the 2005 Fabulous Fords Forever in Buena Park. I saw another LL convertible at the Orange county mustang club. Please count me in for the LL registry. I can't want for my personalized license to get in " Lime GT".

Went to the Shelby factory over the weekend in Vegas with the Las Vegas Mustang club. I am the only Legend Lime. Scraming yellow registry was there and it was fun to see all of them together. LL registry should get together.

Well I drove her home thrusday night.. This is the First GT that I have ever driven, and well lets just say that thing if FAST......... well for me it is. I picked it up from a drop ship dealer, with about 2 gallons of gas in it. First fill up, and it went perfect. Plays MP#'s so far with no problem. The Shaker 1000 to me is just perfect, nice sound, I'm glad I spent the extra $$ for it. I did hear a loud POP in the right front end last night, so I guess I need to take her in for that. Also I was looking for the HC filter thingy... and I cant find it, I removed the entire hose from the motor to the air filter box, and the tube is empty?? did they forget to put it in?? or am I looking in the wrong place?? Pictures will be posted this weekend. Oh and that one day drive started with 5 miles in it, now it has over 120... hee hee hee, and only one short smokey burnout for the dude down the road.

The HC Trap or HD Trap is in the black hose. If you remove the clamp next to the air intake, use needle nose plyers and work the silver honeycomb back and forth, it will findly come out. I removed mine and the sound changed to more of a deeper drone. This drive to Vegas is a two part drive. First, by removing the HD Trap, is the mpg the same or better and the gaming. On the way back I will be putting the HD Trap back in to test mpg with it. Hope this helps.
