With all the color registries going on, I'm starting a location registry. I'm sure there are plenty of you in the North County/San Diego area. Sign up and let's all do some cruisin'. It would be cool to meet the local Mustangers around me and I'm sure some of you know some killer roads to hit!
I'm sure there have been other posts and plenty of clubs around, but I'm new to all this. I'm 39 and this is my first Ford (lovin' every second I'm in her)!! I'm lookin' to do some fun unofficial $hit.
Any single female Mustangers that want to show off her Stang, drop me a line.

"Eric, I'm too new at this, I'm 49 single working stiff but because of my job I know of all sorts of roads around the county. I'd sugest a meet at Dalton's Roadhouse in San Marcos on the first Sun. of the month they have a free car show good food and other 'Stangs that show up, cool people. I just got mine last Sat. night haven't even burned thru one tank yet, that will change this weekend, don't know where I'm going but I will be going"
I say we shoot for April 2. I'll post more info later.

I'll have to check out Dalton's too that sounds fun.
That's a nice drive, do you know what rout they will take? I'd be willing to leave from Collage grove but i'd have to return via the 76 from Henshaw back to San Marcos or split off at Santa Ysabel and return via Ramona, San Pasqual..........
Bruce
I'm sorry I am not sure about the route. Still might be pretty cool to run out with us all, if you wanted ;o) I think a bunch are gonna be a little early to get some breakfast too.

Yeah I e-mailed Pat Sweeny and i'm meeting up with you in Ramona at the Sizzler a little after 10am:thumbsup I know thr roads to Borrego like the back of my hand they can be fun but i get the feeling that there will be a lot people hedded out to look at the flowers so the roads will be busy and a lot CHP's out
Bruce
Hi guys. I'm up for anything. I know Osiris from the club and I spoke with Pumpdoc about tomorrow's cruise. I'm activities director for the SDMC but we can get together for non-club stuff as well. I can do Dalton's on the second. Osiris and I also hook up for Race Legal at Qualcomm. Next race night is the 31st. When we're not on the track we hang near the shut down lanes at light pole G2.

Hey this was a fun cruise out to the dessert, nice people, nice cars, i put 145 trouble free miles on my new ride learned it handles better than i thought and for a mountain trip got 22.1 mpg. the folks at the San Diego Mustang Club are nice and friendly:thumbsup
Thanks for the club props and thanks for coming out Bruce. If you hang with us long enough your car won't be stock for long. In case you didn't get it here's a link to pics from yesterday's run.
We have our "Gearhead Rendezvous" this coming Saturday at the Foster's Freeze in Allied Gardens from 10am to 1pm. Lately the turnout has grown to about 25 cars. Stop by if you like. Otherwise - I'll see you at Dalton's on Sunday.
