I was thinking... (I know, dont do it much anymore) We should have a old Geezer (or Geezett!) Registry so Here it is.
The rules, no youngsters
I am thinking 40 +
It will be a place for just the mature Mustang owners.
No offense cause we really wish we were still young but were not.
So here goes.
Mike @ 52

Don,
Just think, soon you will get the AARP stuff in the mail. I'm sure someone offers 10% off on Mustang parts with the card.

Well, chronologically I'm 58, and the oldest to post here so far.
But I'm 6'4" tall, weigh the same 180 pounds I have for decades, still have all of my hair, and feel like I'm still in my thirties. Friends tell me I look the same as I did twenty years ago. I think it is having kids that ages you. (My only "kids" are three German shepherds).
Being this old allows me to have experienced the first musclecar era and the current era. The current retro-style Mustang GT reminds me of the old 289 and 390 Mustangs (and performance-wise the 327 and 350 Chevys and 340 and 383 Mopars), while the current Shelby GT500 reminds me of the original Shelby G.T.500 (and performance-wise the Yenko 427 Camaro and Hemi 'cuda). The problem now is there is no current equivalent of cars like the 396 Camaro or 440 Challenger in terms of great performance for reasonable cost. The current Mustang GT is fairly affordable, like the small-block musclecars of the sixties. The current Shelby GT500 is very expensive, like the top-line musclecars back then. Back then, every sporty car had various high performance engine options. That is what is missing now.

07 GT. Exterior mods n/a. Engine mods, see profile.
One of the more powerful cars around.
One of the slower cars around.
Makes me feel like a kid every time.
56 years old and still the same weight as I was in high school, 155 lbs. so I do work hard at staying fit. Since my hobby is cave diving I have to stay in shape. I've been owning and driving Mustangs continuously since I was a teenager. That's a lot of years behind the wheel of a Mustang! They've been 67 fastback 289 A code (my first), then a 73 fastback 351 cleveland (my first brand new Mustang), then a 74 Mustang II (hey, there was a gas crisis and long lines) then an 85 GT (great little car) and then a 67 S code fastback 4-speed (had it on the show circuit for over 20 years and in a bunch of magazines). Now it's an 07 GT that is the best of them all. It's fast, handles great, comfortable and just simply a blast to drive. It's funny, but I get as many 'thumbs up' in this new one as I did in the S code.
