Question Garage Queen Registry

I know we already have the pampered pet registry. But posters there joined in because of how they take care of their Mustang, even if they drive it often. And we have members like FuzzyDice, who store their stang for the winter, but drive it regularly when weather permits.

A garage queen registry would be strictly for those who extremely limit their Mustang's use. MrV would certainly meet the requirements, with 4000 miles on his black and red vert in 3 years. And (just like the founder of the Hair Club for Men) I'm not just the starter of the registry - I'm a member three times over, since my 3 Cobras never leave the garage.

I know some members who love driving their stangs year 'round will think of garage queens as a bad thing, and that's okay. But are there any other members out there who believe their Mustang qualifies as a garage queen?

if i had a garage for my mustang and a second car to drive im sure i'd qualify but 30k miles in 2 years prolly isnt what you'd consider a garage queen

Yes indeed, I would qualify as a member of the garage queen registry....between my constantly traveling, my commute avoidance and rain avoidance issues...my car is not out of the garage half as often as I would like, so yes, I would be a member.....by the way, my car is only 2 1/2 years old with 3585 miles, but I expect at my 3 yr mark to only have 4000 miles.

Indeed, one could possibly be a proud member of the Pampered Pet Registry but not the Garage Queen Registry; however, if you qualify for the Garage Queen Registry, it is likley you are also a proud member of the Pampered Pet Registry.

I guess mine qualifies as a garage queen. I'm going on 3 years old and have only about 8600 miles on it. It's only been rained on once. I do drive it during the winter to keep everything lubricated, but only on dry, clear days. It spends most of its life in the garage under a cover.
I'm actually building it its own garage. Well, it's a 3-bay actually. One bay is a woodworking shop, the second bay is for the 'Stang, and the third bay is for a lift and hopefully a '69 Mach 1 project car to work on with my Brother.

I'm a Pampered Pet member and I'm sure I qualify here as well. Not only does it stay in a garage at home, but I also have the luxury of a garage at work as well. It has a perfect spot in the garage at work between two pillars so no one can park next to it!

Some people might thing it's goofy but it's just me.

Two summers <6000 mi. been caugth in the rain three times. As Fuzzy Dice says, it's in "hibernation" in the garage and covered. It won't see the sun again until they highway crews sweep the roads in the spring. I think I qualify.

The only way mine could be considered a garage queen is from the amount of time it spends in the garage for mods.

I probably qualify. Exactly one year and 5400 miles. If it's wet outside or snow on the streets it stays inside. Taken it to the car wash once in 3 months cause it doesn't get dirty.
