The wife and I are going to Miller Motorsports Park and take a three day driving school. We are fired up to see how far we can push our Mustang, if and when we ever get a track here in Denver.

2007 GT California Special, Vista Blue, FRP 200hp supercharger, Ford Racing GTA mufflers, GT-500 rear spoiler, 18" Polished Wheels, FRP lowering and handling kit, FRP short throw shifter. Since the blower install this thing is a rocket. CHE Adjustable Lower Contols Arms and Anti Squat Brackets. I have now changed to GT-500 wheels and tires to allow for the install of the Ford Racing 14" Brembo brake set-up.
I don't know if you are willing to make the trek but there is a roadcourse in Iowa. I honestly don't remember the name but I know that they have sportbike racing and autocross and roadracing events. You might need to do a google search to find the name. If you don't mind a quick sprint across Nebraska on I-80, It might just be worth a long weekend to test out the 'stang.
I've read about that place. It sounds like a blast. Nice thing to do with the wife. Mine doesn't even like to get in the 'Stang.

Myltlpony: Why doesn't your wife like to get in the Mustang? Most women like to be seen in a nice ride. I don't let anyone-including my wife- drive my Mustang, but see has no problem being driven around in it.

Do everything you can to get you car to run cool. Roadracing at altitude generates tons of heat.

I am going to cheat and use their car, better tires, no interior, racing seats and racing belts. Plus, I have to drive mine home.
