Default Race Day Fluids

Below is my list fluids that I use for race day in my 07 Mustang GT (Saleen). Please let me know if anyone has any other recommendations. I am not 100% certain of the best fluid for the manual transmission (stock 5 speed):

Coolant: standard 50/50 ethylene glycol with RedLine Water Wetter
Brake Fluid: Motul RBF 600
Engine Oil: Red Line 5-30
Manual Trans: Red Line D6 ATF
Differential: Red Line 75-90 (bottle claims additive already included so I do not supplement)
Fuel: Red Line Injector Cleaner (I was told the Mustang injectors need lubrication)

Much of what I know and do is because of “what I was told”. I thought it might be a good idea to share this info on a forum to see what kind of feedback I receive. Hopefully we can all benefit and save our machines. :-)
Thanks, Daniel

I do not add additional friction modifier to the differential fluid.. Again, because I was advised against it. When I used the fluid recommended by Ford it would boil and blow out of the vent after 3 laps around the track.

Default Race Day Fluids

What fluids did Ford recommend you to use for the rear diff? I would like to avoid that problem if I can. ( I am currently using synthetic Valvoline GL-6 rated stuff with the Ford Friction Modifier. I was told to used this stuff by a local guy who specializes in rear diffs...) Also, does the Red Line stuff work well? Any complaints about it?

Thanks
Jon

I haven't used any of the redline fluids but the Motul stuff is good. I've used that in all of my track cars. Is that buttonwillow in your avatar?

My fluid line up has changed slightly:

Engine Oil: Red Line 5-20
Rear Axle: Red Line 75-140
Manual Trans: Red Line D4 ATF
Brake: Motul 5.1

Why the change:
Engine Oil: apparently 5-20 better for valves and all the othe racers use it :-)
Rear Axle: Recommendation from Red Line - Boil over problem solved
Manual Trans: Red Line recommended D4 over D6 for the synchros
Brake: I keep hearing that 600 is not necessary and not good for seals and ABS (I personally do not know better)

Track in picture is Thunder Hill
