Question Best shocks/struts for ride quailty???

I have a 98 GT and I put eibach pro-kit springs on it and now it rides like crap!!! I need some new shocks and struts... Any comments on what kind of shocks and struts to use for the smoothest ride? Thanks!!!!

Spencer

TOKICO non adjustables do fine with the ProKit
On the expensive side, try Koni (Red or Yellow) , Bilstein or Tokico Illuminas (adjustables)

KYB has better than stock shocks and struts but dont last as long as the above.

The Koni "reds" work great with the Prokit. That's what we have on my son's 90. The yellows are too much shock for most. In price and performance.

I have the Bilsteins myself. Have not tried them yet, still building. I here they work wonderfull

Yes I already know of all the brands that are out there... but my question is exactly which one will give me the smoothest ride. I don't care about performance ONLY RIDE QUAILTY! Thanks!

go with adjustables.. that way you can choose how soft or firm you like it... my Tokico's are awesome for comfort.

Either Edelbrock or Monroe(They just came out with a new shock that is better than their Sensa-trac shocks but I can't remember their name. Starts with an "R".)

Thumbs up

I have the Edelbrock with Eibach Sportlines. Nice set up. The springs are stiffer than yours, but the ride is great. She corners real well too. They aren't cheap, but I feel they are worth the money.
